Part-Time Account Manager
Remote | Flexible Hours | 20-25 hours/week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll support a variety of clients by managing their content creation, posting, and engagement. You'll work closely with one of our Lead Account Managers to ensure each client's voice and brand identity shine through across their platforms.
This is a remote, flexible position — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative but independent work environment. (We do hold team meetings via Zoom at 10 a.m. CST on Mondays and Thursdays, which you must attend.)
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and design social media content for assigned client accounts (primarily Instagram and Facebook).
Schedule and publish posts according to client calendars and content strategies.
Manage day-to-day engagement (responding to comments, liking/following relevant accounts, encouraging community growth) for client accounts.
Collaborate closely with your assigned Lead Account Manager for content approvals and strategic adjustments.
Track client performance metrics and engagement levels, providing insights as needed.
Maintain client brand voice, mission, and messaging across all content.
Occasionally assist with brainstorming campaign ideas, reels concepts, or seasonal promotions.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!).
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook best practices.
Excellent writing skills — ability to adapt tone and style to match a variety of brands.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva proficiency required; bonus if familiar with other design platforms).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts with different posting schedules.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and reliably.
Must be available for Zoom meetings at 10am CST on Mondays and Thursdays.
Passion for working with Catholic and mission-driven organizations is a major plus!

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
